He successfully obtained his Bachelor of Law at the North-West University (NWU) in 2006 and was a practicing Attorney for more than 13 years in Commercial Law and litigation. He serves on the board of directors, and served as chairman, of various companies. He specializes in Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation, Trade Marks, Copyright and IP Litigation. He has been appointed as CEO since 2022.

He is an innovative and performance-driven Entrepreneur with a deep passion for technology and business. Louis is experienced in managing all aspects of business development. He has more than 15 years of experience as a Funding Specialist, managing and facilitating the funding procedures of a company. He has been appointed as the Managing Director since 2022.
